Mag.a Karen Fanto M.S. is a management consultant with over 12 years of commercial experience within world class companies, such as Nike and L’Oréal. Her experience includes strategic planning, marketing management and sales excellence for Austria as well as for several eastern and western european countries.

In her current job as a business unit manager for hotel pools at Berndorf Bäderbau (part of Berndorf AG), she is responsible for profitability, for the promotion of product innovation, budgeting and operations. Her tasks include the development of the strategy for the business unit, the management of the international sales team, the development of new sales opportunities as well as the consistent implementation of the business strategy and the change process.

Karen Fanto has studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) and holds a master’s degree in „Entrepreneurship“ at the HEC Paris.

Coaching and motivating her teams, even as a virtuell leader,  is one of Karen’s specialities.
