Dr. Claudia Ringhofer has been working as a trainer and consultant in the enable2change network since 2014 and was involved in various organizational development as well as research projects as project manager and project management assistant. From 2009 until 2024, she worked as lecturer, researcher, and project manager at the Project Management Group of the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Department of Strategy and Innovation. In her work, she focuses on project management but also on human resource management in project-oriented organizations, as well as sustainable development in project initiation, project management, and stakeholder management.

Claudia Ringhofer has more than 15 years of teaching and training experience at various universities and universities of applied sciences and industries. She holds a magister degree in Project Management and IT from the University of Applied Sciences bfi Vienna and a doctoral degree in Project Management from the WU Vienna. From 2011 to 2014, Claudia Ringhofer was the expert in project management research and education for the Austrian Chapter of the Project Management Institute.

Claudia Ringhofer is a certified project manager according to pma/IPMA®, Level C.
