Simulations are learning settings that allow employees to try out different scenarios in a safe environment in order to test and improve their skills. Participants take over specific roles and fulfil tasks in different situations. We provide you with management and project management simulations, including all briefing materials, observation criteria as well as role descriptions.

Participants in simulations usually act as managers, employees, sponsors/executives, or observers. During the simulations, they face complex and specific situations, as close to real situations as can be. Participants learn from acting and getting feedback, but also from observing and giving feedback. This enables them to evaluate consequences and mutual dependencies arising from their strategies and measures.
